Return & Refund Policy – 357 Naija Foods
Due to the nature of our products, all food items are final sale.
For food safety and quality assurance reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any food products once they have been delivered. This includes, but is not limited to, dry foods, spices, oils, grains, and packaged goods.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives:
• Damaged
• Defective
• Missing items
• Or you receive the wrong product
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery and contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Include:
• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
• Clear photos of the item(s) received
If your claim is approved, we may offer one of the following at our discretion:
• A replacement item
• A store credit
• A refund (full or partial)
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
• Opened or used food products
• Items returned due to change of mind
• Items returned due to taste preference
• Items reported outside the stated time window
