Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment is received.

Orders placed after business hours or on non-business days will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Areas

We currently offer:

• Ontario-wide shipping

• Same-day local delivery within Oakville and Mississauga (subject to availability)

Delivery options and pricing are calculated at checkout.

Local Same-Day Delivery (Oakville & Mississauga)

Same-day delivery may be available for eligible orders placed before the daily cutoff time.

• Availability is not guaranteed

• Delivery windows are estimates

• Someone should be available to receive the order

If same-day delivery is unavailable, your order will be scheduled for the next available delivery date.

Shipping Rates & Carriers

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on:

• Order size and weight

• Delivery location

• Selected shipping method

We may use third-party carriers to fulfill Ontario-wide deliveries.

Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times:

• Local delivery(Oakville and Mississauga): Same day or next business day

• Ontario-wide shipping: 1–5 business days (depending on location)

Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. 

Food Safety & Delivery Responsibility

Once an order has been:

• Delivered successfully, or

• Marked as delivered by the carrier

• Delays caused by carriers

• Missed deliveries due to incorrect addresses

• Items left unattended after delivery

• Weather-related delays

Please ensure your delivery address is correct and that someone is available to receive your order.

Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

If an order is returned due to:

• Incorrect or incomplete address

• Failed delivery attempts

Additional delivery fees may apply before reshipment.

Damaged or Missing Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number

• Clear photos of the package and items received
